1. Acceptance of Terms​

SingleBase provides cloud-based backend services including:

  • Document database storage and management

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) services including:
    • Vector database storage and similarity search
    • Large Language Model (LLM) processing and generation
    • Image processing and AI-powered image enhancement
    • Generative AI content creation and analysis
    • Document intelligence and AI-powered document processing

3. User Accounts and Registration​

3.1 Account Creation​

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Responsibilities​

  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must not share your account credentials with third parties
  • You must maintain the security of your API keys and access tokens

4. Acceptable Use Policy​

4.1 Permitted Uses​

You may use the Service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms, including:

  • Building applications and services that comply with applicable laws
  • Processing data for legitimate business purposes

4.3 AI-Specific Restrictions​

  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
  • You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws
  • You must not use AI services to process protected health information (PHI) without appropriate safeguards

5. Data and Privacy​

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload, store, or process through the Service
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service

5.2 AI Processing​

  • Data processed by AI services may be used to improve our models and services

  • Vector embeddings and processed data may be retained for service optimization
  • We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data during AI processing

5.3 Data Location and Transfer​

7. Service Availability and Performance​

  • API rate limits apply to prevent abuse and ensure fair usage

8. Fees and Payment​

  • Usage-based charges apply to API calls, storage, and AI processing

9.2 AI Services Disclaimer​

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before use

9.3 Limitation of Damages​

IN NO EVENT SHALL SINGLEBASE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

10. Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SingleBase from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination​
